At ILoveDooney, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return your items in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by our system; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor the status of your return as it travels back to our warehouse.
